Hi-Tech Solutions NQ is a family owned business and has been proudly servicing the needs of Charters Towers residents and businesses for over 34 years. We are located at 1-3 Holliman Street, Charters Towers where we have a vast range of products and a fully equipped Computer Repair Centre.

We stock a large range of Laptop and Desktop Computers in brands such as Leading Edge Computers, Leader, Lenovo, Acer, but most important our friendly staff will guide you through the process of selecting a new computer to best suit your needs.

We deliver on Service. Our LEC Care Packs ensure that your machine is tested and fully setup prior to delivery. By purchasing a LEC Care Pack, this enables you to have your existing printers and software loaded onto your new machine, or have important data, photos and emails transferred from your old computer to your new one.

We can fix it too!  That’s right we are local Authorised Service Providers for Toshiba, HP Compaq, Lenovo, Acer and Leader.

Also, we offer many other types of technical services. We have qualified technicians who hold Cabling Licences, meaning we can install and repair cabled networks into your home or office. In addition, we are licensed Security System installers and can advise you or install alarm and surveillance systems, plus we carry DIY kits in store.

We are an Authorised Jaycar Reseller and carry a full complement of Jaycar products.

We cater to travellers and people who live in remote areas with free to air Satellite TV equipment, carrying everything to get setup including dishes, Vast Satellite decoder boxes, satellite finders and all the necessary cables and fittings.
